and Times to Remember: |
- All trail races start at 9:00 am sharp, on the property, at the back of the main building.
- The 15 km Road Race will start at 10:00am sharp, on the main road about 500 meters to the left (South, as you leave the property) of the camp, on Kessler Rd. Down the hill to the left (South) and 3/4 way up the next hill. Allow 15 min. to get to the start.

Race kits can be picked up at Runner's Choice, Waterloo, on Friday, October 26, 2012, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.
Out-of-town runners, may pick up on race day.

Finish your race and you'll receive a medallion.

3 & 6 Hour Ultra |
- Top 3 male & female overall receive a prize;
- Top male and female in each age category, <39, 40-49, 50>, (no duplication)

Award's Presentation: |
|
- Within an hour of last runner finishing each event.
- Must be present to receive awards and door prizes.
|
Food: |
|
BBQ, pizza, and misc. fruits and veggies, following each event.
|
Massage Therapy: |
|
12pm to 4pm for all runners and volunteers.
Donations are accepted.

Baggage Check-In: |
|
Available at main hall ( Rehkopf Building ) - in the coat-check room, not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Aid: |
|
Water and sports drinks every 4 km, and finish in the 15km road race. Aid provided for every 2.5km lap in the trail races.

The Courses: |
|
5km, 10 km, 3Hr & 6Hr Ultra Trail Runs:
On a 2.5km loop: Well maintained and marked trail through the forrest on Camp Heidelberg property of the Optimist Club of Kitchener Waterloo. See Map.
15km Country Road Race:
(Thee Horror Hill) Partial gravel road, mostly asphalt on rolling hills, north of Waterloo, Ontario. See Map.
