Pledge Incentives

If you raise double your entry fee, we'll waive your fee. These amounts will change based on the Registration fee schedule and the corresponding early, regular and late registration dates.

Registration Stuff

1. New - Technical T-Shirt for the first 150 entrants registered before August 30, 2010. Register early to make sure you get one. Extra Shirts available for $10.
2. Horror Hill 5km and 6 Hr Ultra trail races start at 9:00 am sharp, on the property, at the back of the main building.as you leave the property of Camp Heidelburg, turn left at the main gate, and follow for approximately 500 meters down the hill, until to crest the next hill.
3. The 15 km Road Race will start at 10:00am sharp, on the main road about 500 meters to the left (South) of the camp, on Kessler Rd. Down the hill to the left (South) and 3/4 way up the next hill. Allow 15 min. to get to the start.

Race kits can be picked up at Runner's Choice, Waterloo, on Friday, October 29, 2010, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.
Out-of-town runners, may pick up on race day.

Runners receive a a Collector Tag. You can engrave the back with Name, Race Time, and Contact Number, in case of an emergency. A different theme each year. Ont. law states anyone over 18 must have ID on them at all times. Wearing your Horror Hill tag, will have you covered.

• 5 km Trail Race at 10:30 am
• 15 km Road Race at 12:30
• 6 Hr Ultra at 4:00 pm
  Must be present to qualify for door prizes.
  

BBQ, pizza, and misc. fruits and veggies, following each event.

Noon to 4pm for all runners and volunteers.
Donations are accepted.

Available at main hall ( Rehkopf Building ) - in the coat-check room, not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Water and sports drinks every 4 km, and finish in the 15km road race. Aid provided for every lap in the trail races.

Preferred accommodations at St Jacobs Country Inns Best Western.

5km & 6Hr Ultra Trail Runs:
These runner's will start at 9:00am sharp, on the property of Camp Heidelburg. They will run a 2.5 km loop.

15km Country Road Races:
This event will start at 10:00am sharp. As you leave the property of Camp Heidelburg, turn left (South) at the main gate near the road, and the start of the 15km is approximately 500 meters down the road in the valley, as you crest the next hill.
